1. Sign Up for Services
Click the Free Quote button, enter your zip code, and complete your signup right on our website. If you have questions, our friendly staff is happy to help by phone, Facebook, or live chat.
2. Schedule Your Initial Cleanup
Once you sign up for services, a Fresh Paws representative will reach out to schedule your initial cleanup and walk you through the entire process from start to finish.
3. Set Up Customer Portal
After signing up, you’ll receive access to your customer portal. This is where you can manage your services, view invoices, update information, and keep everything organized in one place.
4. Attach Payment Method
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You can set up automatic payments using a bank account or credit/debit card. Invoices and receipts are emailed and also stored in your customer portal for easy access.
5. Enjoy a Poop-Free Yard!
Congratulations! You’re officially part of the Fresh Paws family. Enjoy more time with your tail-wagging friends — without the stink, stress, or hassle of dog waste cleanup.
