These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern services provided by Fresh Paws Lubbock LLC (“Fresh Paws,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or receiving service, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Fresh Paws provides pet waste removal and related yard services. Services are performed on a per-visit basis unless otherwise agreed.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the yard on service days.
  • Ensure gates are unlocked and access instructions are accurate.
  • Secure pets or clearly communicate pet handling instructions.
  • Notify us of any known hazards or special conditions.

Billing

Services are billed per visit. Pricing may vary based on service details and is communicated separately. Payment is due as agreed at the time of service scheduling.

Service Quality Guarantee

If a service is missed or incomplete on the day it is performed, contact us the same day and we will return to reservice the affected area at no additional charge.

Scheduling and Access Issues

Service timing may vary due to weather, routing, or operational needs. If we are unable to access the yard due to locked gates, unsafe conditions, or lack of access, the visit may still be considered completed.

Health and Safety

Pet waste removal involves inherent outdoor risks. Fresh Paws is not responsible for pre-existing yard conditions, lawn damage, or conditions beyond our reasonable control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Paws Lubbock LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the visit in question.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for safety concerns, non-payment, or other reasonable business reasons.

Text Messaging and Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive service-related text messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
