How do I pay?
We use a client portal for all payments. A Fresh Paws representative will create an account for you and email your login details. Setup takes less than two minutes. In your portal, you can view invoices, track past cleanups, and securely link your credit or debit card.
Note: Your card must be linked to your account by the time we arrive for your cleanup. If it is not connected, we will attempt to contact you. If no contact is made, your cleanup will be rescheduled to the next available date.
Do you bill monthly?
Yes. Billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. Payments for initial or one-time cleanups are due on the day before your first cleanup.
Promotions
Promotional offers that include free cleanup apply only to the specified service. All remaining services are billed at the standard rate. Promotional benefits are limited to those explicitly stated in the offer.
What time will you be at my home?
We are unable to provide a specific timeframe on your scoop day. Our routes run from around 7am to dark. You will receive notice via text when we are on the way (about 60 minutes notice).
Do I have to be home when you clean?
No, you do not have to be home when we clean. We simply ask for easy access to your gate. We can also clean with the dogs in the yard as long as they are friendly.
Privacy Policy
Protecting your private information is our priority. We collect personally identifiable information such as name, address, email, and phone number to provide our services. We do not sell, rent or lease customer lists to third parties.
SMS/Text Communications
By providing your phone number and agreeing to our terms, you consent to receive automated calls and text messages from Fresh Paws, including for marketing purposes. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP".
Either party may terminate service at any time.
